Network Research was formed as a break-away from the world of ‘data factories’ which produced reams of consumer data and little constructive advice. It creates research programmes to increase understanding of customer relationships and specialise in improving loyalty, advocacy, retention and trust.

Manifest was commission to develop brand identities and communications for two new research products, Basix and Threshold 4. Basix is a straightforward product which provides fast, accurate high quality data at low cost. Threshold 4 provides access to an extraordinary array of information on UK households from mortgages to home improvements, in fact everything including the kitchen sink.
